Women's Cross Country Participates in the Tori Neubauer Invitational

LA CROSSE, Wis. (uwrfsports.com) - The Women's team finished in 12th place out of 22 teams at the Tori Neubauer Invitational in Lacrosse, Wisconsin.  (10.15.16)

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The Falcons finished in 12th place overall with 352 points.
  • Abigail Fouts finished first for the Falcons and 29th overall in the Tori Neubauer Invitational with a time of 23:34.
  • Linsey Tolkkinen came in 52nd for the Falcons in the invitational with a time of 24:07.
  • Nikki Jurik came in 58th with a time of 24:16.
  • Emily Klatt finished in 99th place with a score of 25:06
  • Junior Kalyn Suhorepetz was the Falcon's number five runner, with a breakthrough performance and 74 second lifetime best.
 
 
THE OPPOSITION
  • The UW-Lacrosse came in first overall with 36 points. Their top performer was freshman, Sadie Kroll who came in third place with a time of 22:15.
  • Freshman, Leanne Pompeani for Iowa Central finished in 1st with a time of 21:17.
