th place Friday afternoon at the very competitive UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The team was led by sophomore Linsey Tolkkinen who placed 31st with a time of 23:59.9 which is a 14 second personal best.
- Following Tolkkinen were sophomores Nikki Jurik in 49th with a time of 24:32.2 and Emily Klatt in 69th with a time of 25:06.3. Klatt came up big for the Falcons with a 55 second personal best.
- Junior Kalyn Suhorepetz was the Falcon's number four runner coming in at 26:35.4, which is a 15 sec lifetime best, followed by junior Kimberly Carlson in 143rd with a time of 27:27.2.
- With a huge 56 second personal best in sixth position for the team was freshman Rebecca Wickman, while sophomore Jeannie Bestor rounded out the scoring in 173rd.
THE OPPOSITION
- The University of Minnesota took the top placing with a score of 16. They had the top four finishers in the race.
- Ellen Snyder finished in first place with a time of 22:34.3.
