Falcons Raise $2,000 During Coaches Vs. Cancer Events

The Falcon soccer, volleyball and football teams raised just over $2,000 during the Coaches Vs. Cancer Events held in October at UW-River Falls.

The soccer team had its event when they hosted UW-Stevens Point, and the football team hosted its event when it hosted UW-Oshkosh, on Oct. 19. The volleyball team had its Breast Cancer Awareness match on Oct. 23 against UW-Stout.

The Falcons presented a check to Kellie Burrows, who is from the American Cancer Society in River Falls and is a cancer survivor.
