The Falcon women's swimming and diving team defeated Hamline University on Saturday by a score of 162-91.

Caitlin Gargulak took a first place finish in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:16.13. Candy Hoelzel placed second with a time of 1:16.40.

Sarah Koch defeated her only competitor in the 200 yard butterfly as she recorded a time of 2:21.85. She also took first in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 1:04.39 and in the 200 yard IM with a time of 2:22.13.

Hannah Wiseman finished second in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 1:09.85.

The 200 yard relay team of Hoelzel, Katy Dorn, Desi Danforth and Wiseman recorded a first place finish with a time of 1:50.21.

The Falcons will return to the pool on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. for the first day of the WIAC Championships.
