The Falcon men's hockey team, currently ranked No. 8 in the nation, will hold its Youth Hockey Night on Saturday, Feb. 11.
The Falcons, currently 13-6-2 overall, host Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) rival UW-Superior at 7:05 p.m., at the W. H. Hunt Arena located on the UWRF campus.
Youth hockey players wearing their team's jersey will be admitted free to this game. The normal cost is $4 per ticket. All players should be accompanied by a parent and the adult ticket cost is $8.
"We are looking forward to having the Youth Hockey Night this year," said Falcon Coach
Steve Freeman. "The players enjoy seeing youngsters at the game. They bring a lot of enthusiasm to the rink.”
The Falcons are currently 7-5-2 in NCHA play. The contest is the final game of the regular season. The NCHA playoffs start Feb. 17-18.
